What is Ask D.D.?
Ask D.D. is an AI parenting companion for Christian parents and caregivers (18+). Tell D.D. what's happening in your home and she responds with structured, grace-filled guidance rooted in Scripture, child development, and emotionally healthy parenting. D.D. is an AI — not a therapist, pastor, or doctor.
How do I manage or cancel my D.D. Family subscription?
If you subscribed in the iOS app, manage it on your iPhone under Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you subscribed on the web, manage your plan from your Profile inside the app, or email us.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same account, then tap "Restore Purchases" on the membership screen in the iOS app.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email legal@diaperstodisciples.com from your account email and we'll delete your account and associated data within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Is my family's information private?
Yes. Information about your children is provided by you, used only to personalize guidance for you, and never sold. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Something looks wrong in the app — how do I report a bug?
Email support@diaperstodisciples.com with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help.
